RESEARCH FROM THE MANAGEMENT OF KNOWLEDGE IN THE CONTEXT OF EXPERIMENTAL NATIONAL UNIVERSITIES

Abstract

This paper presents a theoretical documentary research in order to analyze research management in experimental universities. The author assumed an onto- epistemic stance for the purpose of developing a theoretical contrast about the insertion of Venezuelan university research management in a new paradigm based on knowledge management, analyzing its reality so as to find solutions to the construction of the idea of a research with social relevance; the participation in the basic functions of the university community and in particular the scientific community and university authorities considering the coordination of critical areas of research whose results account for the life quality improvement of future generations in quest of a sustainable development
