Abstract
For a school to be of Quality:1. It must be for each and every one of the children and young people:guarantees access, full participation and learning for each and every student, regardless of their personal differences, and their social and cultural originThat is, it must be an inclusive school2. Students must learnIt achieves an integral development of each and every one of its students, beyond what would be foreseeable taking into account its previous performance and the socio-economic and cultural situation of their families.It must be an effective school3. He is constantly trying to improve:works to improve the teaching and learning processes, the organization and the culture in such a way that optimizes the quality of the center and its teachers, to achieve a better learning of its studentsIt is an innovative school4. Work to achieve a fairer society:High quality and fair distribution. A relevant education, relevant and equal in objectives for all, but where more effort and resources are dedicated to those who, by origin, culture, mother tongue or skills, need it most.Recognition and identity. An education that promotes the recognition, respect and appreciation of the individual, social and cultural differences of the students.Full Participation An education that encourages and ensures the participation of everyone in an environment of freedom and positive coexistence.That denounces unjust situations and fight to change them.I mean, it's a School for Social JusticeFor a school to be of quality, it must be inclusive, effective, innovative, but above all it must work from and for social justice.
