Moyens et outils de mesure des facteurs stressants chez les enseignants stagiaires au CRMEF Rabat – Salé - Kenitra.
Abstract
As is the case with many professions, even worse the teacher can suffer enormously from professional stress if he does not find the adequate answer to how to "manage his stress" but what are the main sources of stress for the teacher? The study presented here is part of research into the environmental and personal determinants of stress and burnout among student teachers. She is interested in the first three phases of the project of several partners including CRMEF Rabat salé Kénitra (Research Laboratory: Education, Environment & Health), AUF and others. The current project comprises the following phases: • § Development of a questionnaire and a test to measure stressful factors among Moroccan trainee teachers • § Determination of the Action Plan for the distribution of the measurement test already validated. • § Organization of interviews - Group focus - with teacher trainers from CRMEF Rabat Salé Kenitra. • § Analysis and statistical processing of data collected from the stress test and interviews. • § Identification of stress prevention and adaptation mechanisms for new trainee teachers within the CRMEF
