Islam is a complete and comprehensive code of life. It is a religion which coven all walks of human being. Every kind of good action for the betterment of a person has been included in 'Ebadah (Worship and Will of Allah). The Shari 'oh has put equal attention on earning and spending. At the same time preservation and saving plays vital role for rainy days of a person and others in the world. The Fiscal Law of Islam is exemplary one. It has been given by the Prophet (SAW) and practiced as well. Later on His companions followed the same system. Eventually the Islamic History cannot find a single person slept without food and shelter. Undoubtedly the wealth is an earnest need of a human life. Simply for this reason the Holy Qur'an says, "Lia Etta W.) ciAmi Jar The Shari ah which is based on Qyean and Sunnah has clearly explained the maxims of our fiscal law. Resultantly balance is available in our wealth. The main purpose of Zakah is to maintain balance between the rich and the poor. Laws have been given by Shari 'oh to prevent theft and other illegal forms of earning. Punishment is applicable to earn through unislamic way. Preservation of wealth by the government is inevitable for calamities, etc. This article deals with the importance of wealth, its earning, spending and saving.
