This article analyzes modern methodologies and software tools that allow more organizations to move to a remote or hybrid work format. The article also provides the results of a survey of employees in various fields of activity for the convenience of working in a hybrid office format, and a comparison of this format with remote work and offline work in the office, conducted by the authors. The data obtained as a result of the survey is considered in various aspects, such as gender, age, field of activity, position in the company, emotional state (burnout or stable emotional state), preferred work format. The importance of analyzing the emotional state of employees is emphasized. Highlighted software tools existing on the market that can conduct predictive analysis and identify cases of staff burnout. A prototype of a system is presented that allows tracking the possibility of burnout in employees, and suggests ways to increase their emotional stability. The article also contains recommendations based on the authors' research on employee testing, which is the basis of the proposed software solution. Recommendations for the management of organizations are given to prevent burnout of employees and increase their emotional level.
