Objective:To investigate the effect of acupoint massage combined with muscle tap in the rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia. Methods:A total of 80 patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with acupoint massage and muscle tap, and the control group was treated with rehabilitation nursing. The degree of spasm and motor function of the affected limb were evaluated by the modified Ashworth scale and simplified Fuel-Meyer motor function score method. Results:The improvement of muscle spasm and motor function in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint massage combined with muscle tap in the rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia has a good auxiliary effect, which can reduce the patient's muscle spasm and improve the limb movement function.
