The temperature resistance of electromechanic characteristics of Y+42° -cut LiTaO3 single crystals was investigated by dielectric spectroscopy and research of static and dynamic piezoelectric effect. Clear influence of the thermal history of crystal samples at thermocycling on resonance characteristics (values of resonance and antiresonance frequencies) was revealed.
