WHAT IS SOCIAL-ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE?
Abstract
These notes aim to seek the conceptualization of the term Social-Environmental Justice from the selected literature and the Constitution of 1988, without the purpose to present a final and closed truth to the intended purpose. Their relevance is justified by the haziness of the term, which is widely used in a generic way. For purposes of pedagogical presentation of the subject, first, it was sought to make a bibliographical survey of the subject to move, in the second moment, to the construction of a conceptualization able to answer to the restlessness about what is Social-Environmental Justice. The research is guided by the inductive method and the research technique used is the bibliographical, with special attention to the Constitution and the necessary literature to elucidate the variables involved.
