In view of this, it is necessary to introduce a number of amendments to the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, including expanding the participation of an educator or psychologist in the conduct of certain investigative actions involving minors and improving the regulation of procedural time limits for the investigation and detention of accused persons in custody.
