Abstract

The article offers a socio-historical study of the ideological struggle between left and right-wing academics in the 1960s and 1970s. By focusing on right-wing academics and their networks, the article aims to study the uses of Islam and anti-communism that have marked the history of universities and the history of social sciences until today.
