Football is a sports game characterized by complex and atypical movements of altering tempo and intensity, which are conditioned by the activities of one’s co-players as well as opponents in different situations throughout the game. In this regard, the specifi c coordination and basic preparedness of the players become very important, with the main focus on the development of the necessary base for an effi cient acquiring of technical-tactical elements that serve the game requirements. The research was conducted on a sample of 159 interviewees (beginner football players) of the age 12 and 13, with an aim of determining the optimal training methodology for a faster and simpler way of acquiring technical-tactical elements and their better application in different situations on the fi eld. The results of the research show that the repetitive force has a statistically signifi cant impact, contributing to the faster and enhanced acquiring of the techniques and their applications in various fi eld situations.
