Nursing of a patient with radiotherapy- induced radiation dermatitis treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine wet compresses (中药湿敷治疗1例放射性皮炎患者的护理)

Abstract

Radiation dermatitis is the most common complication of radiation therapy. This paper reviewed the clinical data of a patient with radiation dermatitis caused by radiotherapy. The Traditional Chinese Medicine wet compress and related nursing interventions were carried out to inhibit exudation, reduce swelling and pain, control infection and promote skin healing of the patient. (放射性皮炎是放射治疗最常见的并发症。本文回顾1例放疗所致放射性皮炎患者的治疗和护理经验, 通过综合运用中医适宜技术中药湿敷, 达到抑制渗出、消肿止痛、控制感染、促进皮肤愈合等作用, 减轻患者痛苦。)
