Strategy of «Soft Power» of the main Actors in international Relations

Abstract

The article is devoted to the policy of "soft power" in foreign policy of States. Therefore, the authors differentiate between a direct or official instruments of soft power and indirect or informal. Discusses the specifics of "soft power" the U.S., China and Russia.
