Correction to: Eosinophilic esophagitis

Abstract

The authors of this review article and editors of this journal supplement made the decision to amend the original submission following the recent publication of updated consensus diagnostic criteria for eosinophilic esophagitis containing substantial changes. We support these important diagnostic changes which have significant clinical implications, and felt strongly that these needed to be incorporated into our review article, both to maintain its relevance and to preserve the integrity of the supplement as an important resource for physicians and trainees.
