Brief Abstract: Glomus tumor of the scrotal skin is an extremely rare diagnosis in adult men with only five previous cases reported in the literature. We report the case of a 19-year-old man who was diagnosed with a glomus tumor following the surgical removal of a painful scrotal lesion, and further discuss the diagnosis and treatment of scrotal glomus tumors.
