Podkradania. O książce Nieuchronny plagiat Macieja Jakubowiaka

Abstract

The following article is an overview essay concerning the monograph Inevitable plagiarism. Copyright law in modern literary discourse by Maciej Jakubowiak, where the author sets out to prove that the copyright discourse influences the way literature is thought of and created. The article recreates on a step by step basis the author’s reasoning which leads him to the aforementioned conclusion and offers a number of insights allowing a reader to look at some of the accepted premises and detail-oriented conclusions from a slightly different angle.
