Constraints to the preservation of water ; a contemporary study between Islamic law and Algerian law

Abstract

The environment that is the home of humanity always needs a preservation a conservation and restoration ,wise men may well feel their need to this home so they are determined to think sustainably work to preserve it. In the other hand others doubt the benefit of their sacrifices especially stakeholders so obstacles occur in the face of the reform and the circle of interests may grow to become countries (states and people s interests here) serious barriers in environment preservation occur; since the political man s thinking is programmed on the basis of bringing gains and removing damage to the governed it affects the global ecosystem negatively.
