Deadlines and standing to be sued in case of paulian action

Abstract

In this article the author gives a brief overview of the purpose and goal of the Paulian Action, as well as the review of the conditions that must be met for its submission, with the special emphasis to the deadlines for its submission and question of standing to be sued, and with the overview of the development of case law related to these issues.
