The incidence of multiple myeloma (MM) has been increasing year by year, which is one of the common tumors in the blood system. At present, MM is still an incurable disease. MM recurrence and drug resistance are urgently to be resolved. Currently, nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) has been proven to play a critical role in the pathogenesis of MM and have clinical significance for the occurrence and development of MM and drug resistance. MicroRNA (miR) plays an important role in tumor proliferation and apoptosis, which has become a research hotspot in recent years. Along with in-depth investigation, scholars have demonstrated that multiple miR and NF-κB exert mutually regulatory effect in MM. In this article, the effect of NF-κB-related miR upon the pathogenesis and treatment of MM was illustrated.
