Abstract

In the past decade appeared a series of seeing and scenarios of the standing worldorder. Still present dilemmas and the nature of the model order would be adequate inthe new constellation of relations. Complexity of the resulting types and intensity oftransnational threats cause changes in the role and activities of the subjects in theinternational relations. Security represents a condition and affected states,international organizations and institutions, non-state actors to bring a compromisesolution to crucial problems or faced with disbalans of the strength and interests. Sinceconfrontations and division in opinions, international actors observed that the standingimprovement on “sword“ and “shield“ does not guarantee that the world does not haveto find the front of the new testing to global security.
