THE ESSENCE OF THE MECHANISM OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEM

Abstract

Transition of the national economy to an innovative type of development requires a proactive targeted actions at all levels of government, regulatory and stimulates the process ofcontinuous renewal and transformation of all the components of its subsystems, ie, the creation of effective mechanisms for their progressive growth. The article analyzes the substantive aspects of innovative development and management mechanism, allowing more specific definition of the mechanism of strategic management of innovative development of the enterprise and to propose a scheme of its formation, including the determination of its structure and basic elements.
