Service-oriented model of the library and information service under the conditions of the state of martial

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to build a service-oriented model of remote library and information services; characterization of its structure and determination of its rolein the transformation of the activities of the scientific library in the conditions of martiallaw. The methodological basis consists in the application of general scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization. Scientific novelty. The study proposes a service-oriented model of remote user service under martial law, develops the structure and defines the main features of such a model, presents a block diagram, which presents the components of remote service-oriented library and information services with extensive use of information technologies. Conclusions. The conducted research determines that in the conditions of martial law, the scientific library retains its basicbasis of "book-reader" with the transfer of the practical component of its activities to the online space using a service-oriented model of remote library and information services. In the perspectives - the development of advisory, methodical and practical recommendations regarding the widespread use of a service-oriented model of remote library and information services in the conditions of martial law.
