A DESORDEM DA CIDADE E A DESORDEM NO DIREITO: reflexões em torno da noção de cidade para o Direito

Abstract

This artigle is a reflection aout social repesentations around the area of the city and specifically on the reading that the law considers it. It is a confrontation between the theoretical notion of city as a space of disorder outlined in the legal provisions and the concept of city as a field of social dispute. Argues can build an explanation of the city from taking such disorder within a social space of urban area and questioned the power of absolute State control of the city.
