Trends and Principles of the Entertainment Content Impact on the Ukrainian Viewer
Abstract
The purpose of the research is to analyze the main trends and principles of the entertainment content impact on the Ukrainian viewer. Research methodology. The proposed article uses a systematic and integrated approach to the consideration of the issue in which a whole range of cultural, professional and psychological aspects which influences the audience while watching entertainment programs is considered. The scientific novelty consists of a detailed analysis of modern entertainment programs in the media space in Ukraine and identification of the main trends and principles of their impact on the consciousness of Ukrainian viewers watching television every day. Conclusions. From this perspective, entertainment shows are aimed to encourage viewers to change their personal life and to show various life situations by the example of which the viewer understands his or her own mistakes and redefine the world as a whole. In addition, Ukrainian entertainment shows raise social issues and strive to improve the lives of the people in total, giving them the right example to follow.
