Control of diffuse emissions can be included among the most relevant actions aimed at breaking global warming. Emissions from road traffic join outstandingly in diffuse emissions. This paper studies these kind of emissions related to urban planning and proposes a model to calculate emissions, by using variables such as land use, vial length or edificability. Paper proposes nonlinear equations through emission levels for each land use can be estimated. Results show coefficient of determination of 0.644 for residential use, 0.591 for industrial, 0.592 for commercial and 0.591 for equipments. Figures that probe a higher explanatory power for model linked to residential uses.
