Side-effects of the NSAR drugs on the gastroduodenal lining in patient with rheumatoid arthritis

The aim of the study is to determine the pathological changes in the gastroduodenal mucosa (erosions, ulcers, ulcers, ulcer complications, subepithelial hemorrhage, etc.) incurred as a result of adverse effects of NSAIDs (NSAIDs) drugs that are administered in the treatment of rheumatoid artrit- (RA). The test was performed on 100 patients diagnosed with RA who were on continuous treatment with NSAIDs. In half of the patients underwent gastroscopy to verify Macromorphological pathological changes before the controlled use of NSAIDs. After 2 years taking continuous NSAID therapy revealed a control gastroscopy and pathological changes Macromorphological- endoscopic verify. After a two-year controlled NSAID therapy in gastroduodenal mucosa erosion are described in 66% of patients, gastric ulcer in 18% of duodenal ulcers in 14% of patients, bleeding in 25% of patients.
