The Effect of Organizational Justice on Organizational Commitment at Pharmaceutical Companies in the Republic of Yemen
Abstract
This study aims to measure the impact of organizational justice on organizational commitment at pharmaceutical companies in Yemen. The researchers used the descriptive analytical method to answer the study questions and test the hypotheses. A questionnaire was used for collecting data from 272 employees; 264 of them were valid for analysis. The findings showed that there was a statistically significant effect of all the dimensions of organizational justice on organizational commitment. Based on the regression analysis, the results indicated that procedural justice had the highest influence on organizational commitment, while the interactional justice had the least influence. The study concludes that adopting organizational justice in pharmaceutical companies leads to elevate the level of employees' organizational commitment.
