Correlation analyses among the migration dates of storks North Atlantic and Arctic Oscillations, Sunspot numbers and annual mean temperatures have been made in this study. Stroks are very common in Turkey and Europe. And also Turkey is a kind of migration route for many kinds of migratory bird such as storks. While Storks lives in Europe in summers, they live in Africa in winters. Temperature is the most important factor on migration. These migratory birds must reach their accommodation places before cold weather. According to analyses in this study, there is a positive correlation between migration dates of storks and North Atlantic Oscillation and there is also a positive correlation between migration dates of storks and Arctic Oscillation but the positive corerelation between migration dates and Arctic Oscillation is stronger. In addition to this, while there is a weak positive correlation between sunspots and migration dates, there is significant correlation between temperature and migration dates. According to analyses, when storks migrate earlier in autumn, the winter becomes more brutal. However, when the storks migrate later in autumn, the winter becomes warmer. For this reason, early migration dates of storks means colder winters, generally
