O LOGBOOK COMO ESTRATÉGIA DE ENSINAGEM: RELEVÂNCIA ACADÊMICA E SOCIAL
Abstract
The teaching observation regarding the difficulty that many newly qualified doctors have to turn their expertise into a practical expertise to facilitate them the entry in the medical profession, opened the door to a new archetype for teaching developed a medical school step in a private University of São Paulo, which in essence centered on the use of the logbook as a methodological tool. The wealth of first impressions about the experience motivated the present qualitative research of phenomenological nature of the type action-research to characterize the constituent principles of the logbook, unveiling their potential for teaching and learning process and verify the difficulties faced in its implementation / execution. The research results substantiate its significance as a teaching and learning strategy endowed with academic relevance (teaching process and learning more dialogued and contextualized) and also social (students with real experience of the world of work in health).
