DEVELOPMENT OF RESEARCH AND EDUCATION NETWORKS AND IMPLEMENTATION OF MAJOR PROJECTS AS FACTORS OF UNIVERSITY STRUCTURE FORMATION

Abstract

The paper examines the problem of accelerated development of advanced education that requires multi-disciplinary training. Using the case study of a particular university successful experience the authors analyze the ways to obtain the necessary material and human resources including the best international expertise through the large-scale networking and implementation of major projects funded on a competitive basis. The need for a new management style is emphasized.
