The importance of construction contracts and tools in preserving the environment

Abstract

The Algerian legislator has worked to preserve the environmental system in the laws of construction and construction in the same manner as Law 90/29 on construction and construction, and Executive Decree No. 14/27, which defines the architectural, architectural and technical specifications applicable to buildings in the southern states.
