Parotid metastases from prostate cancer are unusual. The distinction between a primary parotid neoplasm and a metastasis is important clinically, because the management of metastasis in castration resistant prostate cancer is different.We report a rare case of a 75 years old man, who presented a parotid metastasis from a primary prostate cancer.
