Sometimes using the concepts of science could be helpful in understanding political relations and international researchers. One of the conceptual interest in the geopolitical system is used, the concept of "code" and "genome" is geopolitics. Geopolitical genome, the genetic map of each country's policy that treats domestic and especially foreign countries affected. Countries genomes of other actors to consider as a geopolitical codes. Interaction or confrontation Code / genome countries created an atmosphere that can be aligned or inconsistent with national and regional interests. The authors of this paper attempts to identify factors affecting geopolitics of Iran and Saudi Arabia to answer the question of "what impact geopolitical tool in foreign policy with Iran and Saudi Arabia?" Hypothesis is that the Zhnm geopolitical and characteristics of genetic and geographic Saudi Arabia, the Islamic Republic of Iran in the development of codes of geopolitical orientation and strategies of the two countries in the field of foreign influence and both actors are trying to gene negative and knockdown power off and power-causing gene positive and active, and at the same time geopolitical approach to governing relations between the two actors.
