PRIORITY PROBLEMS OF MANAGEMENT OF RUSSIAN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES AND NECESSITY OF DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONAL MANAGEMENT
Abstract
As a result of deformations of market restructuring, Russian industry has an age structure of fixed assets in which the life of fixed assets is more than 20 years, at which technological and technological factors of productivity growth do not work. Large reserves are available in the personnel management system, including, self-management. In the advanced countries where it is developed, one of the highest levels of labor productivity in industry is observed. This is confirmed by a negative correlation of this indicator with the number of hours worked according to economic data of the 36 member countries of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). In Russia, the level of personal management is much lower, as a result of which Russian workers spend more hours at work, while in other countries, they work less, but more eficiently. In the world of management science and practice, a toolkit for personal management has been developed that allows increasing the efficiency of employing workers' resources, and in a fairly short term. At the same time, all the tasks of increasing the productivity of labor of industrial personnel must be solved in a comprehensive manner, creating high-performance jobs, raising wages, introducing the achievements of personal management.
