Abstract Large vaginal cysts during pregnancy are rare and can mislead Obstetricians to a false diagnosis, that of “Protruding membranes”. Aspiration of the cyst can be easily performed, resulting in the collapsing of the cyst and an uneventful vaginal delivery can be conducted.
