Construction of the digital smart earthquake prevention and disaster reduction service platform in Chuzhou city

Abstract

To further strengthen the construction of the basic business system for earthquake disaster defense in Chuzhou city in the new era, enhance the public service capacity for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, and achieve the digital empowerment of smart earthquake prevention and disaster reduction management, Chuzhou Earthquake Agency has launched the construction of the smart earthquake prevention and disaster reduction service platform. This article briefly introduces the main construction content, overall framework，relevant innovation points, and system functions of the smart earthquake prevention and disaster reduction service platform in Chuzhou city. It elaborates the integration of earthquake industry data, the use of advanced technologies such as big data, digital twins to visualize and assist decision-making analysis, and scientifically, systematically, and reasonably building a city level comprehensive intelligent earthquake prevention and disaster reduction service platform that integrates professional data retrieval, decision-making assistance, and public services, realizes digital management of geographic information and earthquake ground and underground spaces, empower the development of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, improves the comprehensive management of earthquake data and innovative application of scenarios, and significantly enhances earthquake disaster risk prevention and control capabilities.
