Abstract

(Series Information) European Papers - A Journal on Law and Integration, 2016 1(1), 353-355 | European Forum Highlight of 16 April 2016 | (Abstract) This Highlight addresses the French derogation from certain obligations under the European Convention of Human Rights notified to the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, under Art. 15, in the aftermath of the November 2015 terrorist attacks in Paris. It stresses the requirements and the perspective of such a derogation.
