METHODOLOGICAL REQUIREMENTS TO INFORMATION RESOURCES OF POSTGRADUATE TEACHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENTS

Abstract

Problems of development and implementation of information resources in universities are considered in many scientific works, but the institutions of Postgraduate Education (IPGE) have their specific organization of the educational process. This paper focuses on the definition of methodological requirements to information resources of such institutions, data exchange between participants of the educational process, the adistribution of access to internal workflow, the circuit circulation of data within IPGE. It is proposed the model of the access distribution to the data of the information resource to different users, identified some problems of the development of an information resource.
