Reactive granulomatous dermatitis: case series

Abstract

The terms “palisaded neutrophilic and granulomatous dermatitis” and the subset “interstitial granulomatous drug reaction”, all have been overlapping terms for long time. In this case series, we review three cases with different clinical manifestations and histopathologic findings.
