Creation of model libraries in the region as one of ways to improve life quality of population of the Omsk region

Abstract

In this article, the author shows the relationship between model libraries and their impact on the quality of life of the local population. The aim of the research is to analyze the processes of influence of model libraries on the quality of life of people and to establish a connection between them. In conclusion, the author draws conclusions about the research done, confirming the relationship between the quality of life of the population of the Omsk region and model libraries
