Aesthetic culture of an individual who engages in sports activities in the third millennium: philosophic and religious basis of relationships.
Abstract
The article deals with a pressing issue of modernity - searching for ways of increasing the level of morality and aesthetic culture of an individual. The third millennium makes certain demands on an individual's harmonious development. The article presents an analysis of publications and specialized literary sources dealing with the formation of moral values. The formation of a person's individuality involves an adaptation of a system of humanistic values. Under the influence of humanistic values, the universal human values turn into the highest psychic functions of an individual. It was determined through pedagogical observations and personal conversations (interviews) that the general cultural level of sportsmen who have made highest achievements in sports is swiftly descending.
