The study of clinical and immunological effectiveness of specific allergen vaccination has been carried out among 487 children with bronchial asthma, depending on the duration of treatment, severity of illness and type of vaccinated allergen. It is found that in all cases specific allergen vaccination has anti-inflammatory and immunocorrective action, the effectiveness of specific allergen vaccination reaches 90.32 % in children with mild bronchial asthma and in 96.94 % of children with moderate severity, and the optimal duration of this treatment which is necessary for the formation of stable remission, is 4–5 years.
