Due to the government restrictions on Covid-19 there has been a total change on the daily family routine. Suddenly, parents found themselves experiencing a con-crete and fully immersion role on the care and education over the full day, having to deal with the imposed lockdown restrictions and, at the same time, with the reinforcement and support within the family itself. In this familiar’s foreshortening the emergency psychologists have found themselves in situations where they had to receive and support the fragility of some fathers who, even before the coronavi-rus escalation, were mostly focused on the working aspects rather than the family routine. For these fathers a small handbook has been created to help reinforcing their par-enthood as well as dealing with the everyday family challenges.
