TO THE QUESTION OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPONENTS OF INFORMATION EDUCATION OF THE TEACHER DEFINING THEIR READINESS FOR REALIZATION OF FEDERAL STATE EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS
Abstract
Modernization of Russian education focuses attention to need of formation of the uniform digital educational environment providing creation of conditions for phased transition to the new level and quality of training. Among the priority purposes of modernization of education training of the highly educated persons and highly qualified specialists capable in the conditions of development of digital resources, high technologies to the continuous professional growth and professional mobility is designated. According to the National educational initiative “Our new school” a push for this purpose has to become certification of pedagogical shots – periodic confirmation of qualification of the teacher, his professional competence. The success of the solution of this important task depends on theoretical and practical readiness of a question of a realizovannost of competence-based approach in post degree education. At the same time the ability of the teacher to master new pedagogical concepts and technologies in the conditions of continuous professional education is of particular importance. Purpose. The purpose of article is search of the answer to a question: “On what the level of development of additional information education of teachers depends?” Method or methodology of carrying out work. The basis of a research is formed by scientific-theoretical, system and structural methods and also the principles of system city, degree of structure, continuity and compliance of technologies to the purposes of additional professional education of teachers. Results. Results of work are that the author, analyzing received data during experimental work, draws a conclusion about need of reorganization of system of additional professional education of pedagogical shots, in the context of information education of the teacher. Scope of results. Results of a research can be used in institutions of additional professional education of the teacher.
