Abstract

Read online

It is a narrative review about the training, improvement of the Nursing Technician (TE) based on the National Policy of Permanent Education and other normative provisions. And the points identified were: the TE profile for the current and future scenario; brief legislative and historical survey; reassessment of curriculum references; didactic relations and teaching and learning processes and supervision of teaching institutions and internships. Overcoming new challenges, finding solutions to old problems related to the quality of training itineraries can be achieved through strict supervision and technical cooperation between education departments and nursing councils.
