Nowadays, as the state retire from economic activity and entrepreneurs are expected to fill this gap, there is a growing need for entrepreneurs who can innovate and adapt quickly. In the literature, there is mentioned about the information-based e-economy or the new economic system to mean the same. In the new economic system, concepts such as e-commerce, e-business, e-entrepreneurship, digital businesses, virtual stores, and virtual production have emerged and spread rapidly. Besides, both developing and developed countries are faced with basic economic problems such as inadequacy of capital, economic recession, unemployment and inflation. Research shows that solving these problems are possible with the revitalization of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial personality. For this reason, many countries are currently struggling to create an "entrepreneurial economy”. As the entrepreneurship gained importance in terms of the country's economies, the need to educate in this area increased. Educational institutions and various non-governmental organizations are preparing training programs to create an entrepreneurial culture in the society and to raise awareness of the issue by increasing the number of individuals with entrepreneurial personality, or they are putting entrepreneurship into training programs as a course. It is thought that this and similar practices will affect individuals' entrepreneurial tendencies positively. A questionnaire was applied to Manas University in Kyrgyzstan and Manisa Celal Bayar University in Turkey in order to see how university students entrepreneurial tendencies, perceptions and evaluations about entrepreneurship and how this perception and tendency differ according to the criteria of taking entrepreneurship lessons. Differences in perception and attitudes of university students studying in the field of economics and administrative sciences according to the course taking criteria have been investigated with multivariable statistical techniques.
