Iniciação e formação de atletas em futsal - desenvolvimento técnico-tático e metodologias de ensino
Abstract
Considerando a modernização do processo pedagógico-desportivo, a complexidade do ser humano e a profissionalização do futsal, faz-se necessário analisar as ideias atuais sobre a iniciação e formação de atletas em futsal. Desta forma o presente trabalho teve a intenção de analisar as ideias atuais referentes ao desenvolvimento técnico-tático no esporte, além de analisar as metodologias empregadas no processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Frente ao desenvolvimento técnico, observa-se a necessidade de utilização de fundamentos de Aprendizagem Motora, principalmente no que diz respeito a estruturação da prática, fornecimento de feedback, modelagem e estabelecimento de metas. Quanto ao desenvolvimento tático, observa-se a necessidade de fornecimento de pressupostos táticos no sentido de possibilitar ao aprendiz a percepção e tomada de decisão frente as diversas situações problemas do jogo. Quanto as metodologias de ensino no futsal, observa-se a preocupação atual em utilizar diversas metodologias baseadas nas necessidades da criança ou da equipe. ABSTRACT Initiation and training in futsal athletes - technical and tactical development and teaching methodologies By taking into consideration the modernization of the sporting-pedagogic process, the complexity of the human being and the indoor soccer professionalization, we can foresee that it is necessary to evaluate the modern concepts of the initiation and training in futsal. This way, the present work was aimed at analyzing the up-to-date ideas concerning both the technical and tactical development, as well as the employed methodologies in the initiation and training in indoor soccer. In view of the technical improvement, we can notice the need for the employment of the motor learning background, mainly in what concerns the structuring of performance, feedback providing, modeling, and the establishment of aims. As to the tactical development, we can also foresee the need for the provision of tactical presuppositions so as to grant the leaner the perception and decision taking in face of several problem situation of the game itself. When referring to the methodology of indoor soccer, we perceive the up-to-date concern in employing the different methodologies that are based on the needs of either the child or team.
