Abstract

<p>After a historical overview of prosecutorial policies at Nuremberg and Tokyo tribunals, this article looks at the policy and practice of <em>individual</em> chief prosecutors of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia regarding the selection of defendants.</p><br />
