EUROPEAN EXPERIENCE OF CREATION THE EFFECTIVE CONTROL SYSTEM AND ASSESSMENT OF THE QUALITY OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN UKRAINE
Abstract
The article deals with European experience control and the quality assurance of higher education. The system of formation of the quality assurance in the European Union has been outlined. The theoretical aspects of European standards and recommendations, the activities of international organizations of the current quality assurance of higher education, the role of stakeholders in the implementation of this issue have been characterized. The problems of Ukraine's integration with the European system of quality assurance have been determined. Suggestions concerning current trends of the effective guarantee system and assessment of the quality of higher education in our country have been made. The mission of independent agencies of the quality assessment, international aspect and the impact of external quality assessment of education on growing of confidence to the higher education institutions.
