Strategic partnership in format of special US – Ukraine relations

Abstract

The article is an attempt to analyze the process of formation, development and trends Suchan strategic partnership between the US and Ukraine. We study the basic trends of bilateral strategic Ukraine-US partnership in the context of inclusion of Ukraine to the integration process with the European Union occupation of Russia the Crimea and the Ukrainian-Russian zbroynohoo conflict in the eastern regions of Donbass, given the fact that the United States remains the leading country in international relations and one of the key strategic partners of the European Union and other countries that hold democracy building, including Ukraine. Attention is focused on intergovernmental cooperation in various fields, international, diplomatic, economic and military support Ukraine United States at its appointed time, the author thoroughly examines and analyzes the legal basis of Ukrainian-American relations, covering a broad spectrum of bilateral international cooperation, vol. h. trade-economic, scientific-technical, humanitarian, law enforcement, security and others. and identifies the main priorities of the strategic partnership. Also, stresses the need to develop comprehensive and strategic partnership between Ukraine parity, the US and the EU to stabilize the situation and end the war in eastern Ukraine, as well as for returning annexed the peninsula of Crimea.
